What is Coaching?
Life or executive coaching is a process that assists people to identify what they want and need in their life (personally or professionally), clarify why these areas are important, prioritize the wants/needs based on current situations i.e. need to improve work productivity, develop an action plan, create action steps or a strategy, implement and measure the results.

What Can You Expect During a Coaching Session
Coaching sessions occur face-to-face, over the telephone or Skype or a combination and last for approximately 45 minutes. The session is focused on the client selecting a goal that they want to address and developing an action plan to accomplish the goal. Goals can be personal or professional, big or small. Working together, you will make the goals SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound. Coaching relationships are normally developed for a minimum of three coaching sessions to allow time for a trusting relationship to develop between coach and client. The client can expect to be led through a process of questions to answer the following:
