Workshops/Training/Assessments

As a Registered Professional Trainer with the Canadian Professional Trainers Association, Zandra Ross is able to provide more than 25 professional development workshops and six personality assessments (including DISC and Motivators). This includes communication, conflict management, goal setting, governance (with a special focus on First Nations governance and leadership), emotional intelligence, strategic planning, community engagement and facilitation.

Workshops can be tailored based on your specific training needs and timeframes. Should your group have a specific need, customized workshops are available. Zandra Ross Lifestyle will also be hosting workshops for individual seat purchase that will be advertised for anyone to attend.

What makes Zandra Ross’ workshops different? The information can be applied immediately, it can be applied to all aspects of your life, they are fun and engaging and they are life changing.

The most popular workshop/assessment is the “The Colour Code”, an assessment that determines your core-driving motive. This is an exciting self-awareness tool that can enhance the individual growth and emotional intelligence of participants as well as the overall communication level within groups as a whole. This is the number one service provided to and requested by clients. This assessment and associated workshop are vital to living your best life personally and professionally.

Did you know…

  • Eighty-five percent of people fired last year were let go because of relationship problems at work.
  • The cost of rehiring an employee knowledge worker is $70,000, including hiring, training and lost productivity.
  • More and more, people believe EI (emotional intelligence) is more important than IQ in the workplace.

The Color Code helps you to understand why you do what you do versus simply what you do. You can’t possibly begin to understand yourself or others, if you don’t know what motivates you.
