Hi there, I'm Zandra! As a Leadership Mentor and Motivational Speaker, I help determined individuals overcome obstacles to achieve greater success and happiness in their personal and professional lives.​

I believe that our past storylines and personal history should not hold us back from reaching our full potential. As someone who has overcome their own limiting beliefs, I am committed to guiding others, particularly those within Indigenous communities, to rewrite their stories by realigning their mindset and dropping beliefs that no longer serve them.​

I provide a fun, creative, and safe space for people to dream, plan, implement, and grow. Whether you're interested in a speaking engagement, group facilitation, team building, or strategic planning sessions, I offer both online and in-person programs and courses that cater to your unique needs and goals.​

Having worked extensively in First Nations communities and with Aboriginal non-profits, I bring a deep understanding of the issues facing our communities, organizations, families, and individuals. As a member of the Williams Lake First Nation, this work is especially meaningful to me.​

In recognition of my work, I am a triple nominee and two-time winner of the Prince George Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards, with my company being named Innovator of the Year in 2018 and Indigenous Business of the Year in 2021.​
